This is taken from the carpark beside the old Capitol cinema at City Hall. It was sooo ... freaky that the birds are actually lined up like that. Even though there is clearly some space in between for another bird easily, they never attempted to fly in between. Some flew around looking for space but only took the designated spacings ... like there's some sort of parking there on those ledges.
