Days are just getting worse
Ever since the 3rd day of Chinese New Year I've been feeling very cold, especially at night.
There was no fan, no air con, nor was I sleeping near any window. I was huddled in a corner mostly on a leather sofa ... shivering my ass off.
(I was waiting for hubby to finish gambling with his family.)
For the past 2 weeks, my body suddenly felt like it has only half its energy left. The usual NTUC shopping that I could carry with one hand with no problem, I had to put into two hands and yet my arms ached.
Then for the past week, I've been having the weirdest sort of fever. It only happens at night. During the day, I actually look fine, except of course the lack in body strength and threshold to pain. Even light pats feel like rough shoulder rubs to me now.
The fever comes once I hit the bed in the evenings. I'll be sweating and shivering at the same time. But once the morning comes ... I only feel weak but not feverish.
But for the past 3 days ... sigh ... RASHES came too. DAMMIT!!!!
Do you see where I'm heading here?
I think I got it again ... Dengue Fever.
... and that's the reason why I don't want to go see the doctor. I don't want to go back to living that 4days 3nights again in a hospital. I rather try to recover at home.
I already missed one Mambo for 2008 because of this stupid fever. Cries.
