attempt fail

Wah liew ... someone tried to commit suicide this morning in my block leh.

Yes the word is "TRIED".

He jumped off the 7th storey. He survived ... broke a leg I heard. Guess he's going to jail or put into a mental institution for this.

What one should learn from this ... if you wanna jump and die ... MAKE SURE YOU DIE!
- go for higher levels like 10++.
- keep a knife with you in hand in case you survive the fall.

Okay I'm joking ... death is never the answer to anything. Face your fears and problems head on. By living you're giving yourself a chance to make things right, to pick up the pieces, and to become a better person. In my opinion, even murderers deserve to have a chance to amend what they've done wrong by becoming a better person and contribute to society.

quake, charity, doodle ... hrmm -_-

Was there an earthquake felt in Singapore last night? Oh ... I thought it was just me suddenly getting a headache and my seat shaking unsteadily. So I went to bed trying to sleep from the "headache".

Got really bored ... continuously typing words into the final report is really draining me fast.

Oh!!! Dog lovers out there! There's an auction going on in DoggieSite!!! It is a charity to raise money for the poor animals down at Animal Lover's League (ALL), located beside Pet Movers at Pasir Ris. First donations of toys, shampoos, accessories, doggy clothes etc were collected from all sorts of people. Was told they collected about almost 300 items in total and most of them in brand new condition. Then now in an organised fashion they are auctioned out everyday. But we have to be fast.

So far I got 2 items and today is only the second day. A Rogz leash and a dog necklace, at $10 and $20 respectively. Hehehehe. They are nice stuff. And even if I did pay too much, it's all for charity. It's going to be feeding and caring for animals and not going into any greedy soul's pocket.

I drew this today. I had a VERY HARD time trying to draw Zhu Zhu ... gosh ... oh no ... OH NO!!! I drew a girly dog!!! Zhu Zhu forgive me!!!!

I love you Zhu Zhu!

Revival!

Yeah!!! Wilson (not to be associated with the ball from Cast Away) fixed my computer for me! He also told me a few other things that I didn't know about my computer like that I had an 11bit router (which compared to his is slower), and only a Pentium 2.8GB (which his is more than 3GB long ago).

Okay and he reminded me to back up all my important stuff too. So all my photos from the past two years and my projects are all inside the handy dandy new portable 40GB hard drive which I bought at the IT fair 2 weeks ago. Hee hee.

Oh I just found out a few days ago that my Maxonline 3000 no longer exists ... it's now Maxonline 6500 ... YEAH BABY!!! It's been that way for quite a while actually but I'm the stupid sotong one ... so it's natural for me to only find out now. Getting that wireless adapter for my laptop is a good move too as now I can chat and surf with my friends online in the comfort of my soft bed with many pillows (4) and bolsters (2) and air conditioning with my beloved dog sleeping beside me. But funny thing is that different corners of the bed some of0 NO reception and some have EXCELLENT reception. My bed is only queen sized ... not elephant!

More Zhu pictures! Hehehee. He is growing so fast. Going to be 6 months old next monday. I can still remember when he first came to me at 2 months, a tiny little ball of fur with that blur blur look. Even when he pee-ed at the wrong place it was adorable. Hahah. But now he's a small monster ball of fur and we still find it adorable when he pees at the wrong place ... that's because when he does he uses his innocent cute face to look at us like as if saying, "Mommy I'm sorry."

Oh and I was bored last night so I took a picture of the basic grooming stuff I had for Zhu. Every single thing in this picture is a must that I found out the hard way. Started off with only a simple slicker brush and it ballooned to this set. But mine is nothing compared to most of the Shih Tzu oweners from the STLC (Shih Tzu Lovers Corner) forum. (btw that brush on the left is from Body Shop. I have an extra one for my own usage. It really feels shoik to comb my hair with that brush)
Image hosted by Photobucket.com

I think he has about 10 toys by now, 3 shampoos and one conditioner, at least 10 pieces of clothings, and 8 bows for his hair. Hee hee.

OMFG NOT NOW!!!

I want to kill kill killllllllllll!!!!!

Everything was fine this morning ... still happily doing my projects and surfing my usual forums. Then at 11 plus the computer starting acting funny ... programs were slow and opening files were slow. Then everything suddenly stopped. No it didn't hang ... the num lock button was still working ... but but ... it seemed like everything hanged!!!!!

I press the start button it takes like 10 mins before the thing appears and disappears again. Even the old Ctrl-Alt-Del cannot work!!! Someone please save me!!!!!!!

I didn't back up my projects!!! That's the WORST part!!! The latest back up I got is from last week in this laptop ... but for the past few days I've typed soooo much! And it's due this wednesday!!!! Looks like I've no choice but to send it by expensive air mail myself before 1st May. T_T

Called my cousin Wilson ... I pray I hope that he can help me ... cries cries cries ... I wanna die!!!!!!

Xiao Hei's gone ... T_T

It's too fast ... I only had him one night!

I didn't mind waking up at 3am to play with him. I didn't mind bathing him cause he never struggled. I didn't mind when he scratched me all over when I used the hair dryer to dry his hair. I didn't mind slowly combing him till he was all dry and fluffy again cause he was such a good little boy.

But now he's gone!

No he didn't run away. A buyer came over to look at him today. A very nice family. They already have an 8-month old shih tzu. The wife was definitely a china woman with the daughter looking so cute with her two big pigtails. The husband was a well rounded educated individual fluent in both chinese and english. They saw Xiao Hei and fell in love with his slumbering cuteness straightaway.

Initially they were a little skeptical about Xiao Hei's laziness and wondered if something was wrong. I told them he just had a bath and played with my Zhu Zhu until tired. So I had to bring out the best treat, a little piece of liver meat. (Hey it really smells nice and hubby told me it tastes like BBQ pork with a little salt.) That little rascal Xiao Hei immediately got up with his eyes big big and wagging his tail. I put him on the floor and he looked up at my hand, jumped at the little morsel between my fingers. The family was intriqued and loved his little simple and gentle nature. They paid cash on the spot and brought him home today.

I'd be lying if I said I'll not miss him. Already I can feel a little bit of tears welling up in my eyes remembering how I carried him in my arms like a darling little baby ball of fur, when I combed his hair gently, the way he looked into my face with such innocence, the way he played with both me and Zhu Zhu, how silly he was when he drank a little of the bath water. Sigh. I was still hoping he'll stay till my hubby came back to see him. Sigh. I took a few more pictures before he left. Enjoy.

The Coming of the Black One

Zhu now has his own bloggy!!!
http://limzhuzhu.blogspot.com/

Zhu went for his full grooming session yesterday. Annie helped me cut his head hair round round nice nice. Dropped a tube of Bio Spot due to his mild tick problems. Better to be safe than sorry.

After the grooming session at Annie's Pet Corner, my cousin Cynthia picked me up to go to her house to get Xiao Hei.

Met another new pup there too. My cousin Darren's 2 month old American Cocker Spaniel named Mocha. That name is getting terribly common. This little girl is a TERROR!!!! Even the golden retriever Casper is not spared from her love of biting. Gosh. I saw the teeth marks on Darren's hands and I'm not envious at all. But she looks like such an angel with that slumbering face. Sigh.

Night One of Xiao Hei's stay :

It was okay considering I only needed to wake up once at 3am for an hour.

Had to change the bedsheet though because dunno why my stupid Zhu pee-ed there ... sigh. Oh well ... it needed changing anyway.

Surprisingly when I let Hei out, he will just explore the house. Zhu is like his bodyguard but sometimes he gets jealous when Hei finds Zhu's toys or when Hei gets picked up by me instead. Hee hee. I had to keep hugging Zhu and reassuring him of my love for him.

My hubby's betta friend Sebastian is coming over this afternoon to help me change the fish water.

Oh my gosh ... another 3 days before I've to hand in my projects. Looks like I'll be late. I've to go find out what's the due date if I mail it there myself then.

Xiao Hei is coming

Yes ... remember Xiao Hei the little black faced ST puppy. He's coming over tonight to stay til he finds a home. I'll be helping my cousin's friend to foster till she finds a buyer.

Shouldn't be a problem ... he has a sweet character, and allows me to groom him and cut his nails with no struggling ... adorable little thing.

Will post more later tonight.

p.s. Girls ... you gian to come my house tonight? heheheheeh.

dbl O

Evil mother! Hahah joking.
Picked up my mom at Lavander MRT from her little 3 day trip in Genting. She said she had a lot of fun with the family. I didn't go cause ... well ... I got a huge problem with buses. (puking prob) She bought for me a huge box of choccies ... only R$18.90 ... and earrings too but she couldn't find them at the time so she'll pass them to me on Sunday. Oh and she got Estee Lauder "Pleasure Exotic". In truth, I've never heard that brand before. She also giving me that. Woohoo. Free stuff is always good stuff.
But bad news ... she couldn't let me have the car til Sunday. Dad's client in town so she cannot hitch a ride with him to her golf session with the other tai tai friends of hers. I was like ... why can't her RICH tai tai friends give HER a lift? She always gives THEM lifts ... hrmp.
Anyway ... ended up with no car and made me rush to bathe and change to meet the girls at City Hall for a light dinner. Thumpers was out of the agenda as it was heard that drinks are quite expensive there. Ended up at dbl O, with the bloody hell long queues again. But luckily it was moving quite fast and we got in after only 15mins. $20 cover charge ... ouch! The barcadii breezer lime was a good thirst quencher ... but not enough to make me tipsy like Mambo last night. Tried pineapple rum as recommended by Fi. Not bad ... sweet ... but I didn't like rum. Made me crave for some banana split though. Don't ask me why ... I just ... felt like it. Hip hop and R&B was good. People there were a little young, saw plenty of men who you can tell straightaway are serving their first 3 months of NS ... hehe ... bald bald bald!
Okay ... catastrophe count for the day. 2 drunks and 1 fat dude who acted like he knew us very well.
First ... the fat dude. He looked like he weighed at least 100kg with a face of a pig to match. But unlucky for us, he choose to dance beside our group with Fi being his first victim (or was it Yan or Va his first victim). Whatever ... Fi/Yan/Va was busy sms-ing her friend, this pig just went and tried to close her handphone and blocked her screen for her. Like he was telling her to not use the phone. I gave him an icy look while Fi/Yan/Va looked on puzzled. We don't know him loh!!! Later Yan left to go 7-11, I ended up dancing beside that guy ... take note ... it's BESIDE him not WITH him. He pulled that same blasted stunt again when I was trying to message my friend to meet me. I shifted my hp away and gave him a look of murder. I was about to tell him off until when I was informed about my two drunk friends.
Drunk friend #1 : DH "papa"
Poor thing. Can tell he was drunk liao when we were dancing. He was like ... just ... er ... almost still ... but can tell was attempting to dance. Gosh ... really long time never see him knock out like that liao. To the point that when he was lying face first on the table, and when we talked to him, he no response.
Drunk friend #2 : Yan
OMG ... that silly girl. Went to 7-11 by herself and then ended up sitting there ... DRUNK!!! Someone still had to message me about her situation. Lucky JY was able to find her. T__T So worried for her.
I wished soooo badly that I had the car last night .. so that I could have sent these two dear friends straight home. Like I said earlier ... evil mother.
I couldn't stay to help look after them either. Cuz my friend was giving me a lift home on his bike. Looked like the Paggio but it was Suzuki, very comfy and plenty of space between me and him so only contact was my hands on his waist. Very steady bike. And surprisingly he told me it was auto gear. I didn't know that motorbikes had AUTO.
Anyway ... girls ah ... are you all ok??? No sms from you all leh. Me worry. T_T

hung then ... but present rush

Last night went Mambo. Not bad ... crowd also didn't have any weirdos. Hrmm. First time that I actually danced all the way (no including the toilet breaks) and not stopped to gawk at entertaining freaks who dress weird (like the wayang guy who flapped his scarves around like teochew opera).

But I think I got too tipsy. One E33 and 5 apple shooters. I think it hit me when I was driving home from Cyn's place. Heng I already dropped all of them at their homes liao. I remember driving and veering from the left most lane to the right about 2-3 lanes. But it looked like I was changing lanes and no cars around ... so heng loh. The chrysenthemum tea helped me wake up a bit.

I must have called like 5 guys last night on the way home. Dunno how I did it. All of them naturally were sleeping like pigs and only called me back today to ask what was wrong. Sigh. I wanted to eat supper! Poor ZhuZhu was happy to see me home but I just knocked out on the bed with Zhu sitting beside me. Sigh.

This morning woke up with a huge headache, puked twice .... dunno what the fuck I ate last night, black black stuff. The smell of the alcohol was in my puke too. Bleagh ... horrible feeling. Forced myself to gather up all my stuff and go home to kallang. Got here ... and immediately felt a lot better. Must be the higher altitude wind. Haha. Unpacked and ... guh ... project hell starts again. I think I'll be able to hit the target of 7000-9000 words easily. I only wrote one and a half chapters and I've already gotten 2000+ words. Just hope I won't go overboard. My bullshitting powers are good ok!

*goes back to work*

Tonight dunno going where leh.

another dog entry ... but it's puppies!

Image hosted by Photobucket.com Image hosted by Photobucket.com
These beautiful periwinkles are growing at my uncle's house. There's another pot of tiny red orchids too but I'm gonna wait til they're fully bloomed before I take a pic. He has such pretty flowers, and also a nice pond of goldfish. Next time I go there I'll try to take a few pics. But the limitations of my hp camera is killing me.

Okay now ON TO THE PUPPIES!

Image hosted by Photobucket.com
OMG this is soooo embarrassing! Yes my little Zhu is growing up. Brought him to the West Coast Dog Run at West Coast Park. The horny little bugger took a liking to this pretty poodle and chased her all over trying to get on her. I had to pry him off her sooooo many times. The poodle owner laughed and just told me to leave them as she wants her Daisy to learn how to get away from such things. But I also want my Zhu to stop such behaviour. So ... pry off, scold, beat butt butt. But he still goes back. *cries*
Okay okay ... the following pictures of the puppies are NOT MINE! Except Zhu Zhu of course.
My cousin's friend is selling these shih tzu pups. But my cousin is helping them to foster for the meanwhile.

I've named them Xiaobai and Xiaohei ... cuz one of them got white face and the other one got black face. Oh and the strawberries I put on their heads ... cute? Hehehehe.

Videos that just reflect certain things

WARNING! All these videos below are about 2MBs to 4MBs big. If you have a really slow connection ... then all I could say is "Sorry."

When the lights come on ... Across the room in a dark, smoky club with lotsa strobo lights and lasars flashing all around, you spot a girl ... a very pretty one at that. You go over, dance with her, she dances back. Both of you have a good night dancing together, getting closer, more gyrating, more intimate. You'll be thinking, "Damn I'm a lucky dude tonight!" Closing time is here, the bright white lights come on. You look at her and your expression can never express what you really feel inside. OMG!!!

No more bush ... The pre-nervousness, the pre-excitement, the gut wrenching anticipation. Then the pull, eyes squeezed shut ... O.O!!!

Lingerie Football ... A sport true to the fact that guys love sexy women in their lacy underwears trapising around a football field, running, bouncing, groping and struggling ... all for one cowhide. Now all we need is Lingerie Soccer for the soccer fans in Singapore and it'll be perfect.

Safe Sex ... This is one HUGE incentive to practise safe sex all the time!!!!

Webcam ... OMG I want that little notebook! But it's so expensive. Oh and to all those who use the webcam frequently out there, take this as a lesson. Do not! I mean ... DO NOT bring your work home! You won't want to provide THIS sort of entertainment to your collegues or bosses. But then again, you might get a raise or bonus or promotion? Hehehe. I actually almost did this once. My hubby was on the webcam with his friend just tinkering with his friend's new webcam. I snucked in from behind hubby and gave him a big wet smoochie. Ended up being embarrassed when I saw the webcam on and I didn't dare show my face in the computer room til he ended the conversation.

A game ... that we girls should REALLY try one day. It's really really interesting. Guys can join in too. But the problem ... we cannot be too loud or people might think we're having some mass orgy or something hahah.

Er ... Sorry, I just couldn't help myself. It's too cute to not share. And the meaning of it? ... eh ... it just means that I'm a sucker for insanely cute stuff.

oh btw ... GIRLS AT HALL 9!!!! Heard that there's an undie thief and peeping tom there right? Well ... how about hanging one of THESE TYPES OF UNDIES out for the sicko?

He's gone ... for 3 weeks

He just left for his India flight.

Now who's to accompany me when I slumber at night?

Zhu, looks like it's only you and me,

To keep each other company.

-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-

Okay ... this advertisement has really did it. It has really grasped my attention. All those spots and the tail ... what gives?!?! Milk? A moving company? A new trend of vehicles with tails??? TELL ME WHAT IS IT?! It's really killing me with curiousity!

Like this picture? It was a darn lucky shot. Just chillin' at the S-plat then I noticed the lasar lightings were looking darn pretty. Took a few shots and this is the one ... this is the one that went ... "Yeah man!". It kinda looks like that centre guy has just attained enlightenment and the guy beside him is praying, "Oh god no! I don't wanna go to hell!" HAHAHA.

Yup ... went to Zouk last night with Cyn and Peiling. Peiling is really .. fun man ... haha ... yes the safe word to use would be fun. Music was fantastic! Surprisingly so ... since the last two times we went there the music was sucky to the point that I was thinking that they were training a new DJ on the job and had forgotten to clean their ears of shit for a few lifetimes.

-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-

Okay ... time to switch back to SAD mode.

Missing him.

It's A Dog's World

BIRMINGHAM, England (AP) -- A 6-year-old Norfolk Terrier named Coco has won the Best in Show title at the prestigious Crufts dog show.

Coco, who uses the show name Champion Cracknor Cause Celebre, beat nearly 21,500 dogs to the top prize at the world's largest dog show in its 102nd year.

Isn't she absolutely ADORABLE! I rarely see such a nice browns on small dogs. Especially in singapore. Hrmm ... does my Zhu count? Brown and white. Hehehe.

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

I simply love the two little button ribbons my friend gave me. Hehehe. Doesn't make Zhu look so girly.

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

This was AFTER he was forced into swimming at Sentosa. Look at how miserable he looks. It's like he's saying, "What did I do to deserve this?"

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

The MUST HAVE car accessory!!! A DOG! Hehehe. He just lied down there. But couldn't stand up though. His head knocked on the glass a few times before he realized that fact. And when I drove off ... he slid off ... lucky his papa was there to catch him.

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

Okay ... I'm veering off here. I'm saying that it's a dog's world out there. And here are just some of the amazing stuff they have for doggies with owners (or should I say slaves) who love them so much that they'll do anything for them.

You've heard of Friendster right? There's a similar version of it online for dogs. Yes ... it's ...

Dogster :: For The Love Of Dog

You can get doggie friends for your little furkid. Maybe even meet that dream girl for your boy. Or dream boy for your girl. Heheh. There's even a mini blog for dog owners to write blogs for their little mutts.

These above are FOOD BOWLS for dogs. Gosh when have they become so ... ergonomical. It's designed so that the bowl will not be sliding all over the floor.

And the clothes and accessories for them ... there's no end to it. Just think of any stuff a human has worn from shirts, polos, tank tops, spaghettis to collars, shoes, necklaces, bows, pendants, panties, pants, caps, sunglasses ... and they even have costumes of bees, ladybugs, devils, angels, duckies and also formal outfits for weddings or even the traditional kimono. I'm getting the tux for my little Zhu when our wedding photo session comes around.

There's also doggie places that sell doggie food!!! They sell food like gourmet dishes of steak, potato complete with the healthy servings of veggies. And snacks of muffins, cookies and even for the special occassions ... CAKES!!! Some of them are soooo yummy looking and even good enough for us slaves .. ahem I mean owners to eat.

The beds these pampered pooches sleep on are just as amazing. No more just the mat and floor for your mutt. Now they have cushions, pillows, proper bed frames, and so many colours and designs for you to choose from.

Wow ... so many things for dogs ... what to do? And this is only SOME of the many many things for them! *faints* I still haven't talked about leashes, carrier bags, tents, doggles, dog magazines, dog runs, dog spas, dog shampoos, conditioners, perfume, fur dye, food, supplements, photography sessions, toys, treats, combs, car seats .... gah ... the list goes on and on and on!!!

crappy wednesday

I should have gone clubbing last night with my friends.
I should have told him that.
Then he wouldn't have come home last night from camp.
Then he wouldn't have scolded me for something which I've no knowledge of.

Whole night like that ... and to think I thought I was looking forward to him coming home for the night. Bleh!

Thursday ... hope it's better than yesterday.
Gonna treat myself to a movie, Howl's Moving Castle.
Then gonna treat myself to discounts at Perlini's Silver.
Tonight going out with Ling and JY to Bala Clava, without him this time.

On second thought I don' t think I'll watch the movie ... more money for buying earrlings and bracelets hehehe.

suntec day

Morning and afternoon lazed around until finally we got up at 3pm to go to Suntec. Hubby needed to buy small luggage.

Ok ... mom sms-ed me there was a mini wedding fair at Suntec loh. Went to see ... ended up paying a deposit for a $3688 wedding photography package. But I feel good though. We felt that we got quite a lot for our little package cuz the poor lady who served us spent a good hour telling us about what they provided, the options we're given and even extras after we hem-and-hawed about for more discounts and stuff. Hahaha. Poor girl. She had to go to her manager like 5 times to ask if she could give us this and that.

But all in all yay! I'll most likely be taking my photos this end of the year. Now I got a lot of other things to do to get ready.
- slim down!!!
- clear up my face!!!
- save money!!!
- book date for wedding dinner!!! (I must find a hotel which allows dogs ... I want my Zhu to be a part of this important event.)
- start going through wedding magazines for ideas!!!

And for outdoor locations ... we're given 2-3 spots. Hehehe ... no beach though. I know I'm not suitable. I want one field, one sunset with buildings background (not office building), and then my hubby wants one location to be at Safti MI HAHAHAHAHA ... gosh I'll be in my wedding dress sitting on a tank!! Woohoo!!!! But all these ... must be 3 of us together. Me, hubby and our boy Zhu Zhu! It'll be fantastically fun!

Ooh and here's a pic of Zhu before and after combing.

dogged day

Went to my mom's place to pick up Nicky, my newly shaven all the way snhauzer, and the car to bring him and my Zhu Zhu to the Pet Movers Dog Run at the Pasir Ris pet farm area. Not too crowded today. But poor Nicky had to be on leash. I just don't trust him loose there unlike my little PR Zhu Zhu hehehe. Zhu is like sniffing every dog in there and then later running after SOME ONE ELSE who was trying to make their OWN dog run after them.

Dropped Nicky back at my mom's place again. Went to the Pet Safari at Simei ... look look see see. Okay I'll admit it ... my main reason was to show off Zhu. Hehehe. A lot of people were going like ... "Soooooo cute!" I'm proud of my little boy. Bought the latest issue #15 of ClubPets. They have an article about PEKINGNESE!!!! Dondon ... I miss you ... sniffles.

http://www.automatedredemption.com/flavorcountry/dogblog/ <-- Dog Blog
Too bad such a blog is not possible in Singapore. My guess is that less than 10% of Singaporeans actually own dogs. Sigh. But still go take a look at the blog ... it's fantastic that there are soo many big mutts out there with great homes.

Just wanted to post hubby pic here to say ... er ... er ... just wanted to post.
